Lens Prescription Order Guide
Drypond facilitates the ordering of prescription lenses directly through the website. Depending on lens availability, certain styles may take up to 12 business days to process. Drypond does not accept returns or exchanges for prescription lenses and customized frames, whether with or without prescription services.
In the event of a doctor's prescription change within 60 days, Drypond offers a lens redo. Customers must consult their doctor for a recheck if any issues arise with the prescription lenses. All prescription lens orders will be delivered with Direct Signature required, and customers are responsible for changing the delivery method if necessary.
