At Drypond, we stand behind the quality of our eyewear. Each pair is crafted with precision and care. We offer a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects for a period of one year from the date of purchase.

What's Covered:

Our warranty includes defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It covers issues such as frame breakage, discoloration, or other manufacturing flaws.

What's Not Covered:

The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, improper care, or misuse. It also does not include normal wear and tear, scratched lenses, or damage resulting from repairs or alterations by unauthorized parties.

How to Claim:

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our Customer Service team at hello@drypondeyewear.com. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and relevant images. We'll guide you through the process.

Our Commitment:

We are committed to your satisfaction and will assess each case individually. If your eyewear falls within the warranty terms, we'll repair or replace it at our discretion. Note that shipping costs may apply.
